I love getting to document a child's life....this is Baby Koa at 3mths old...I have photographed her from the womb to now and luckily for me I will be seeing lots of her as she is being photographed at 6mths,9mths & 12mths also.

Father's Day Mini Shoot with Oliver!!! - Sunshine Coast & Brisbane Portrait Photographer

The Father's Day Mini Sessions where such a success this year, I loved every minute of the 3 days I spent photographing gorgeous little kids. I will be shaing some images from these sessions with you over the next two weeks. The first is the gorgeous Oliver! I loved his big brown eyes and chubby toes!

My printer commented recently that I always managed to get the cutest kids through my studio....I have to agree I am very blessed to get to photograph the gorgeous kids on the Sunshine Coast & Brisbane!

Rena - My Baby - Sunshine Coast & Brisbane Portrait Photographer

My daughter Rena turned 4 this year.....times goes by unbelievebly fast when you are a parent...too fast for my liking. Rena is very much our miracle child, as I was told I would never have a child....she is my greatest achievement, everything else I have done with my life pales in comparison to her. Obviously I take a lot of photos of her...but I dont get much of a chance to share photos because work comes first when I am editing!

This is my last year with her at home all the time, next year she starts Prep and I will have to say goodbye to my beautiful daughter each weekday; I am going to miss my best friend, confidant, shopping buddy and most honest critic!

So for her birthday I wanted to take a photo on the chair I did her first shoot on and my favourite photos from her as a baby!

I wanted a vintage look and I dressed her all in red...with a red backdrop...very dramatic and moody. I know a lot of them are not smily photos but I actually prefer them, I love that children produce a range of expressions during shoots, they are not afraid to show how the feel. I absolutely adore the one where she is biting her lip...I love her so!

Rena at 1 month old....love her lips and the pinkness on her eyes...this image makes my heart ache in a good way!
