Autumn is my favourite season. I love the changes that occur at this time of year; that with the cold comes a kaleidoscope of colours; as mother nature goes into hibernation for winter the landscape is transformed into a mythical-like world. Spring is beautiful as we watch new life begin but something has to be said for the majestic colours that represent Autumn: auburn, gold and crimson. So to celebrate the last days of my favourite season I went out to the Noosa Botanical Gardens to take some photos. I have never been to these gardens and I wanted to scout them for portrait work. Such a beautiful location and if anyone is interested in having photos done here it is the perfect location...
...I took Rena and my husband with me and we explored every pathway...the perfect sunday afternoon.
My new blue chair...I just bought this for photos and had to use it...and yes we dragged it out into the botanical gardens (don't you just love husbands).
Autumn Leaves
I took this of the trees above me as I walked around I just loved the colour
I don't normally take landscapes but these four trees in a row just called out to me - there is a white speck in the water in the bottom left corner - this is a pelican
